A lot of you know that Lesley is known, worldwide, for her pastel paintings of horses. So if you need an excuse to escape for a few days to the beautiful Gold Country of N. California (gold was discovered here) and learn firsthand from her, this could be the class for you.

Class meets from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. It doesn't matter what your level of expertise is or whether you have ever worked with pastels before...Lesley helps each student at their own level and pace. The workshop includes demonstrations, lectures, handouts, any questions answered and a lot of one-on-one instruction and help.

You can bring your own supplies or buy the pastels and paper needed for the painting you will be working on, once you arrive at the workshop.

There will be an hour lunch break so bring a lunch or there are a variety of restaurants close by.
